Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account to join our team in New York. 


Working alongside our VP, Client Services, you will be eager to create and deliver First, Fearless, and Ever-Changing social campaigns that hit on the client’s broader goals and business objectives. Managing the high-level day-to-day client communications, including sitting across status calls, overseeing campaign agendas, and delivering key presentations, you will take real-world learnings and observations and bring them to clients. 


Building relationships will play a key part in your role. Managing around 3 key clients from some of the world's biggest brands, you will work collaboratively with production, strategy, and creative teams to ensure deadlines are met. Looking after all aspects of the campaign, from ideas to budgeting with finance and projects teams - aiding in creating SOW, vendor agreements, and contracts.

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for an outgoing spirit who can be a leader with clients and is comfortable standing in front of a room and presenting. You will be a strategic thinker and a creative, always willing to help conceptualize an idea into actions. 


By nature, you’ll be an independent problem-solver who is constantly ahead of any issue, but if one arises, you can work with the team to resolve both simple and complex challenges.


Organization is essential for this role as you need to be able to take client feedback, digest it, and make it actionable for internal teams as well as staying on a timeline for any client deliverables. You also need to rally and be the spirit of the team - helping elevate work as much as celebrating their successes. 


Above all, we’re looking for someone who is hungry and eager to keep learning about the social and digital spaces, and curiosity to bring the latest innovations to brands.


For this role specifically, we’re looking for someone who ideally has experience in music or fashion, but this isn’t mandatory.
