Job Description

As Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive at Social Chain you will be joining more than just an ecommerce team. You’ll be joining a new and fast-growing ecommerce division of one of the most exciting social first agencies in the world. 

You will be responsible for driving traffic and sales growth across 12 ecommerce brands spanning across three regions, developing and implementing an effective new customer and marketing strategy.

You should be confident, proactive and have a real passion for ecommerce with a proven experience in digital marketing. We are looking for someone who loves a good idea and has the creativity and drive to execute those ideas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Key KPIs including revenue, traffic, as well as channel-specific targets such as reach, impressions, open rate, click-through rate etc.  
  • Managing your own budget
  • Hitting pre-agreed COS%/ROI targets
  • Identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns
  • The Marketing Planner, including new product launches, campaigns and key promotional dates
  • Working in synergy with the Creative Design teams and Creative Lead to execute all brand-related material on-site including content, social and video
  • Ultimately optimising traffic from all channels for both new and existing customers

Candidate Requirements

Required skills and attributes:

  • Two-Three years digital marketing experience with an emphasis on SEO and content
  • Experience co-ordinating marketing efforts across a breadth of channels
  • Analytical and commercially-astute with the confidence to manage large marketing budgets
  • Affiliate Partnerships and CRM experience is a plus
  • Fast; to take an idea and run with it – move fast and break things
  • Fearless; to jump in at the deep-end and take ownership for your online business, driving performance to the next level
  • Ever-changing; the agility to react to a dynamic market and reprioritise workstreams based on internal goals
