Job Description


We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Manager who possesses a self-starting attitude, an attention to detail and is confident dealing directly with clients, to join our rapidly growing paid social team, working across some of the world’s biggest brands.  

You will utilise your analytical and strategic skills to drive social media campaign performance in-line with your client’s objectives, working closely with the wider paid team to create, implement and report back to the client. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take ownership of a wide range of paid social media activity, ranging across various clients, sectors and international markets. There will be a great amount of responsibility from day one on the job, owning end to end management of campaigns, including strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting, ensuring the deliverables are executed in line with the client requirements. 

Candidate Requirements

You will be using ads manager platforms for all the leading social networks, so being able to demonstrate confidently campaign implementation, optimisation and analysis is crucial. Attention to detail when it comes to handling budgets will also be a key part to the role, with planning and managing these in line with client expectations a core responsibility alongside your team.

You will also be communicating directly with the client, both face to face and over email and calls. Experience dealing with clients directly is therefore preferable as often you will need to explain the more complex of our approaches without alienating them.

Leadership skills and previous experience in people management is essential as you will be managing a Paid Social Executive within the team. 

The strategic requirements for the role will range from direct response activity to brand building (and almost everything in between), so being adaptable to the client’s demands is also a big plus. We encourage you to think experimentative when it comes to campaigns whether that be across formats, creative or simple A/B tests - so a forward thinking attitude is highly desired.

As well as the implementation and creation side, some experience with reporting and analysing performance data is preferable, as this will be a key part of the role.
