Job Description

As a Partnerships Manager at Social Chain you’ll be joining more than just a commercial team. You’ll be joining a fast paced, social first company, who create and distribute engaging content for brands. This individual will effectively build relationships with agencies and clients to understand their business and advertising needs. 

The Partnerships Manager will deliver compelling solutions across Social Chain’s portfolio of brands to excite and compel brands to work with us. Everyone who works at Social Chain contributes to its future success.

You should be confident, proactive and have a real passion for Social Media and a proven experience of delivering commercial campaigns across social. We are looking for someone who loves a good idea and has the creativity and drive to execute those ideas.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of the Social Chain new business marketing strategy
  • Cold calling clients
  • Creating client media plans, costing and contract negotiation
  • Achieving a quarterly sales target
  • Proactively create proposals and pitch concepts to clients
  • Challenge clients to reach their target audience in new ways
  • Build contact list across all levels with agency planning and buying teams
  • Strategic understanding of client objectives
  • Inspire those around them to achieve more
  • Attend and network at industry events

Candidate Requirements

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years digital sales / production or planning experience
  • Professional knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Established media agency and client contacts
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Creative outlook
  • Digital media and content marketplace knowledge
  • Professional, diligent and proactive
