Job Description


Our rapidly growing team based in the heart of New York City are looking for an experienced Influencer Coordinator to assist the creation and implementation influencer campaigns. Working across an enviable portfolio of clients this role is the ideal next step for somebody looking to take their next step in their career. 

This is a new role in a fast-growing business and offers an incredible opportunity for development. We are looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years experience working in an agency or brand, specifically working and managing influencer campaigns.

Candidate Requirements


  • Oversee innovative influencer campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for blue chip and consumer led clients.
  • Manage influencers on a day to day basis
  • Strong existing relationships with influencers and talent agencies
  • Create meaningful and effective relationships with influencers and talent agencies
  • Assist in new business and campaign proposals by advising on the optimum influencers that should be implemented
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations.
  • Assist in creative meetings, helping conceptualize creative concepts and bring them to life for clients
  • Define and maintain true workload capacity; assign resources according to applicable skills, workload balance, and project scope.
  • Develop and refine systems and processes for continual improvement of workflow and management.
  • Manage client and influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of asset development.

Must Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience managing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain proposals and plans in a way a wide array of people can understand, including both agencies and brands.
  • An understanding of the influencer implementation process
  • Experience with influencer targeting tools or general interest in software and digesting data
  • Exceptional planning skills with a natural ability to hold yourself accountable to timelines and budgets.
  • Passion for social media and specifically influencers & content creators
