Job Description


As a Partnerships Account Manager at Media Chain you’ll be joining more than just a commercial team. You’ll be joining a fast paced, social first company, who create and distribute engaging content for brands. This individual will effectively build relationships with agencies and clients to understand their business and advertising needs. 

The Partnerships Account Manager will deliver compelling solutions across Media Chain’s portfolio of brands to excite and compel brands to work with us. Everyone who works at Media Chain contributes to its future success.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should be confident, proactive and have a real passion for Social Media and a proven experience of delivering commercial campaigns across social. We are looking for someone who loves a good idea and has the creativity and drive to execute those ideas.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Cold calling clients
  • Creating client media plans, costing and contract negotiation
  • Achieving a personal quarterly sales target, team and brand targets
  • Build contact lists across all levels within agency planning and buying teams
  • Proactively create detailed proposals and pitch concepts to clients
  • Challenge clients to reach their target audience in new and innovative ways
  • Develop campaign insights through research
  • Leading creative brainstorms to develop content partnership ideas for campaigns
  • Strategic understanding of client objectives
  • Communicating effectively and building strong working relationships with internal teams
  • Attend and network at industry events
  • Client entertainment
  • Keeping up to date with all new and emerging social platforms and innovations

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years digital sales and media planning experience
  • Proven track record creating client proposals and pitching
  • Established media agency and client contacts across the north west
  • Professional knowledge of all social media platforms
