Job Description

Social Chain is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team. You will work closely with the strategy, accounts, and creative teams to develop and implement paid media strategies that meet our clients’ expectations. The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for for planning, setting up, optimizing and reporting on social campaigns

Candidate Requirements

  • Leading Paid Social campaigns for Social Chain, specialising primarily on Facebook ads.
  • This also includes, but is not limited to Twitter ads, LinkedIn ads, & Instagram ads.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives within the Paid Social channel.
  • Assist in planning and managing budgets for Paid Social & new channels.
  • Develop & track new tests including ad copy, landing pages, images, ad types, & more.
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services.
  • Reporting of Paid Social campaigns, analysis of effectiveness.
  • Continuous A/B test planning, execution, & analysis across Paid Social & other channels to maximize overall results and scale.
  • Continuously find new sources for customer acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze ROI of overall channel.
  • Attribution optimization for Paid Social & new channels.
  • Lead new Digital Marketing channels & partners – This includes identifying new partners/channels, negotiating new partner contracts, coordinating onboarding/tracking for new partners/channels, execution & reporting.
  • Scaling and innovating new Digital Marketing channels.

Additional Info

  • Minimum of 1-3 years directly managing Facebook Ads & other Paid Social platforms.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Social,
  • Deep understanding of the social media publisher space
  • Ability to advise on optimising content to perform highly on specific platforms.
  • Experience with 3rd party tools
  • Experience managing monthly Paid Social budgets and managing to a fixed ROI or CPA.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution & measuring attribution across channels.
  • Experience running A/B tests and performing audience segmentation.
  • Highly analytical.
