Job Description

Social Chain is a global social first marketing agency with offices in New York, London, Manchester, Berlin, and Munich. In working with Social Chain, you’ll have the opportunity to work with world-class brands, across a multitude verticles inclusive of fashion, food, entertainment, and sports.

Our Paid Social Internship is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates and recent graduates to gain experience in the paid social industry. If you seek a challenging, yet fun experience work environment and have a passion for driving results through paid social, then we are looking for you!

As strong believers in the power of working collectively to accomplish end goals, you’ll collaborate closely with individuals across departments - all the while learning about core processes of our creative, production, strategy, and account management teams.

Internship placements run for a three month period, with a three to five day a week commitment, during which time you will:

  • Assist with the paid social strategy for various clients across recognizable global brands including Cath Kidston, Gogo squeeZ, and BlastZ
  • Assist the Paid Social Manager with planning, creation, implementation and reporting (across a variety of channels).
  • Coordinate the paid amplification of organic posts with the content and social media team.
  • Provide a weekly update report on the performance of amplified organic activity.
  • Maintain weekly performance trackers and specific client reports.

Candidate Requirements

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is essential.
  • Knowledge of Twitter, Pinterest and Linkedin ads manager is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Understanding of key paid social platform features (such as pixels and product catalogues) is valued.
  • Understanding of the customer funnel, and how paid social channels can be used to impact the customer journey at upper, mid and lower funnel levels.
  • Strong reporting skills and knowledge of Excel are a plus.
  • Creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
