Job Description

Job Role 
To manage the accounts receivables and payroll functions for the UK and USA entities, ensuring that sales invoices are raised and paid on time and that payroll is completed accurately to designated deadlines. 

Job Responsibilities 
• Closely work with the sales teams to raise sales invoices in Oracle & Quickbooks. 
• Send invoices and speak directly to clients, including completing supplier onboarding paperwork for clients. 
• Polite Debt Collection. Initiating escalation process when necessary. 
• Send monthly statements to clients. 
• Communicating closely with FP&A manager who is responsible for Cash Flow. 
• Weekly debtors reports 
• Process employees Expenses Claims using Expensify and Oracle. 
• Calculating payroll in line with HMRC guidance and submitting RTI reports. 
• Deal with any employee Payroll queries. 
• Processing all starter & leaver information. 
• Pension Auto Enrolment Management. 
• Month End intercompany invoices advised on an ad-hoc basis.

Additional Info

Maternity Leave Cover - provisionally a 7 month contract, however this may be extended if required.
