Social Chain - HR & Talent assistant - Manchester

The role…

We are looking for someone to work across our HR and Talent team in a hybrid position where you will work across HR admin support, build early Talent engagement initiatives and there will also be an element of the role which focuses on business development and networking to support our recently launched apprenticeship. It is certainly a very varied role where you will gain experience across the full array of different HR, Talent and New business tasks within a very non traditional environment!

Candidate Requirements

You might have some experience within Sales or Recruitment and HR administration already, either combination would be a suitable background for this role. The key to success within this role and team, would be building great relationships and creating an amazing candidate and employee experience, alongside being warm, approachable and responsive within your work and communication style.
