Job Description

Due to our rapid growth and huge success in 2018, we're looking for energetic, enthusiastic and self-starting Account Managers with a strong, proven social media background to join our rapidly growing accounts team in early 2019.

Working across some of the worlds biggest brands, you'll be joining a fast-paced and creative environment. Ideally you'll be somebody that will be looking to constantly learn and  the ideal candidate and help others with the day to day management of Social Chains largest client accounts. 

Responsibilities

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicates client needs and demands to internal teams
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Full-time position
  • Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in written, oral and social media
  • Strong social copyright skills
  • Strong computer skills (Experience with Adobe suite programs (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus)
  • Creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic
  • Self-starter; motivated individual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be resourceful and creative with solutions
