Job Description

Reporting to the Creative Director the Midweight Creative will be working across multiple creative briefs as a creative lead, as well as supporting other members of the Creative Team on pitch tasks. You will be responsible for developing original, social-first campaign concepts for clients that are grounded in solid creative strategy and cultural insight, ranging from brand positioning & TOV to product launch campaigns & brand activations. As a Midweight Creative at Social Chain, you must have a genuine passion for social, and be constantly looking for new ways to push what is possible.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, so sharing knowledge and inspiration is essential to the role, as well as leading creative brainstorming sessions and championing internal projects.

Candidate Requirements

Main Duties

  • Campaign concept ideation and development
  • Devising creative strategies
  • Organising and leading creative brainstorm sessions
  • Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas
  • Working closely with the studio team (design, videography animation) to visualise ideas
  • Devising and leading internal creative projects
  • Overseeing the production of campaign assets
