Job Description

Paid Social Manager - Social Chain 

Social Chain is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team. You will work closely with the strategy, accounts, and creative teams to develop and implement paid media strategies that meet our clients’ expectations. The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for planning, setting up, optimizing and reporting on social campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Paid Social campaigns for Social Chain, specialising primarily on Facebook ads. This would be end-to-end, assisting in planning strategy, execution and guiding reporting with the support of an Paid Social executive.
  • This also includes, but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, LinkedIn ads.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives within the Paid Social channel.
  • Lead in planning and managing budgets for Paid Social clients cross-platform
  • Develop & track new tests including ad copy, landing pages, images, ad types, & more.
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services.
  • Reporting of Paid Social campaigns, analysis of effectiveness - across brand and performance so key to have solid understanding of brand metrics and performance ROI analysis.
  • Continuous A/B test planning, execution, & analysis across Paid Social & other channels to maximize overall results and scale.
  • Proactive in measurement solutions for clients including lift studies, and attribution considerations for Paid Social & new channels.
  • Lead innovations with new platforms and partners – This includes identifying new formats/partners/channel for brand campaigns, coordinating onboarding/tracking for new partners/channels, execution & reporting.
  • Manage a maximum of 2 execs supporting their development within the business and across clients.

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 2-3 years directly managing Facebook Ads & other Paid Social platforms.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Social
  • Experience managing people
  • Solid client communication skills
  • Highly diligent in planning, managing and monitoring client budget and performance
  • Understanding of the social media publisher space
  • Ability to advise on optimising content to perform highly on specific platforms.
  • Experience with 3rd party tools
  • Experience managing monthly Paid Social budgets and performing to a fixed ROI or CPA.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution & measuring attribution across channels.
  • Experience running A/B tests and performing audience segmentation.
  • Highly analytical.
