ROLE: PARTNERSHIP SALES MANAGER, SOCIAL CHAIN MEDIA
LONDON, UK

As a Partnership Sales Manager at Social Chain Media, you’ll be joining more than just a commercial team. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, social-first company, who create and distribute engaging content for brands. You will effectively build relationships with agencies and clients to understand their business and advertising needs.

The Partnership Sales Manager will deliver compelling solutions across Social Chain Media’s portfolio of publishing brands and products to excite and compel brands to work with us. Everyone who works at Social Chain Media contributes to its future success.

In the first year at SCM, you will have shown hunger and determination to succeed in selling branded content. You’ll have built and nurtured agency-level relationships through meetings, winning business and growing revenue within your agency patch. You’ll have built great internal relationships within SCM with all stakeholders to ensure you are on the pulse of new ideas and opportunities for brands.

To be successful in this role:

  • You will create innovative and fearless responses to briefs with an emphasis on being committed to timely turnarounds
  • You will liaise with and build on agency contacts (both planners and buyers) daily both through meetings and emails, to ensure SCM is front of mind for all media briefings
  • You will build bespoke presentations for your clients and agencies, to educate and demonstrate how SCM can form part of their overall marketing goals and KPIs
  • You will work closely with SCM Brand Heads to ensure that you are well versed on all upcoming opportunities, and also best practice to ensure that proposals are aligned with our own brands and client brands
  • You will easily adapt to new and innovative products internally and adapt to new external platforms and trends

  • Pitching creative concepts to clients
  • Challenging clients to reach their target audience in new ways 
  • Build contact list across all levels with agency planning and buying teams
  • Strategic understanding of client objectives
  • Attend industry events
  • Inspire those around them to achieve more
