Job Description

Our team at Social Chain New York are on the lookout for a new Happiness Manager to find new and exciting ways continually brighten and enance the everyday culture and working environment of our office.

Candidate Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

We want someone who's organised, approachable and lots of fun. That means:

  • Ensuring the team, clients and visitors to the office are happy at all times.
  • Maintaining and managing a unique working environment.
  • Co-ordinating travel logistics.
  • Assisting with office expansion plans, believe us there are plenty.
  • Assisting with the creation of new happiness and wellbeing initiatives.

Must Haves:

A permanent grin is obviously a must, as well as the following qualities:

  • Excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude - are you approachable?
  • Be a real people person and have their happiness at the heart of everything you do - you'll also know how to trow a good party.
  • A creative thinker and a love for problem solving.
  • Productive - we want someone who's always on and raring to get stuck in!
  • Plenty of initiative - especially on World Nacho's and Ice-Cream day.
  • Great organisational skills - we're a big team that's only getting bigger.


It's looking pretty promising. FInally, we'd love it if you had these qualities:

  • Love Mondays - when noone else is prepared to.
  • Make a great cocktail - bonus points for presentation.
  • You'll have an interest in new and exiting wellbeing initiatives.
  • Some experience of coo-ordinating training will be beneficial.
