Job Description

With E-Commerce changing rapidly, we need forward-thinking individuals like you to keep us at the forefront of those changes. We’re looking for a talented Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our UK E-commerce team, which is quickly growing following our multinational merger with Lumaland to create The Social Chain AG. We’re looking for a candidate that’s agile to change, passionate about commerce and technically sound when it comes to Amazon Marketplace. You’ll be full of ideas to drive us forward and will have experience in consumer product management within one or several of the following industries: homeware, beauty, wellness and fitness.

Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities:

 

  • Overall responsibility for our marketplaces with a focus on Amazon.
  • Analysing optimisation measures and creating sales concepts for projects.
  • Working with different teams to oversee and implement plans.
  • Keyword research, content management, tracking concepts, technical SEO.
  • Analysing usage behaviour with a focus on CRO.
  • Monitoring reporting and benchmarking these against relevant KPIs.
  • Working with advertising tools and options to increase marketplace performance, e.g. PPC and DisplayAds, to get our products seen.
  • Liaising with relevant specialist departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills:

 

  • A degree in e-commerce, computer science, business, communication or media sciences or a comparable qualification.
  • You’ll be fluent in English. An additional language like French, Spanish or Italian is also an essential requirement for the successful candidate.
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in an e-commerce/consulting role.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and dealing with pivot tables and formulas.
  • A strong analytical, conceptual, technical and procedural mind.
  • A passion for creative ideas, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to use your initiative and work independently but with structure.
