Job Description

Due to immense growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Social Chain Group, for a CRM Manager to join our LINKS team in Manchester. 

This is a brand new team which we have been building over the past year as a result of merging with a German retailer, Lumaland, in 2019. We have combined social media and social commerce, integrated through our own platform, LINKS.

We have seen unprecedented growth within this part of the business and now have a portfolio of brands under our belts across health, beauty, food, homeware and consumer, with much more on the horizon!

Our current team structure is made up of performance marketing, outreach, communications and trading, and we’re now looking for a fantastic CRM Manager to join the team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Conception, coordination and implementation of CRM automation campaigns (email/platform/push) across a customer life cycle.
  • Development of customer journeys for different brands across multiple countries.
  • Identifying and defining existing customer segments and developing target group strategies.
  • Interact with our in-house creative team, analytics, performance and business intelligence departments (all based in Berlin).
  • Target group definition and campaign execution across different brands.
  • Creation of reports to measure success to generate revenue from new and existing customers.

Additional Info

  • German native speaking (essential)
  • 1-2 years professional experience in direct marketing, CRM and campaign management is desirable.
  • Experience in online marketing and CRM.
  • Valid experience with CRM tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
