Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to join the Social Chain Ecommerce team. As Social Media Executive you will be responsible for executing social media strategies across global brands. The successful candidate will have experience managing social media accounts, as well as wider knowledge of the digital marketing channels and your vital part in the channel mix. 

You will be passionate about e-commerce, and excited about the prospect of joining the team through a significant growth period. 

Candidate Requirements

  • Oversee the social media management for a number of brands within the Social Chain Brand Portfolio

  • Coordinate & manage content across a number of social platforms including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest & TikTok 

  • Ensure social media content is developed in a captivating and engaging format and in line with brand guidelines / target audiences 

  • Work towards KPI’s such as follower growth, engagement, revenue & increased channel participation 

  • Working closely with the trade & marketing teams to align with trading events, key dates in the calendar and promotions 

  • Work closely with the Influencer teams to align social activity with influencer activity, and helping to maximise influencer activity for social media channel growth 

  • Work closely in accordance with our Social Commerce objective, keeping Social Chain at the forefront of what is possible & driving continuous innovation through the social media channels 

  • Reporting on social media channel performance & analysing performance of activities in order to drive improvements 

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends within social media which will have a positive impact on performance
