Job Description

The Project Manager supports ideation, planning, and execution of innovative social-first marketing campaigns for consumer-led clients. 


- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Manage the assignment of projects to design, copy, and production. 
- Manage creative feedback and approval process at various stages of asset development.
- Facilitate efficient communication and manage expectations amongst all internal stakeholders. 
- Book creative resources for incoming briefs by understanding creative skillset and matching those skills to product deliverables. 
- Coordinate with the production team on creating production schedules, call sheets, and talent/vendor contracts. 
- Work with the production team to manage studio logistics including equipment, booking, and personnel. 
- Collaborate with the production team to meet the needs of talent, location, and prop sourcing.
-  Provide administrative support to outside departments as needed.
