Job Description

Due to immense growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Social Chain Group, for a B2B Manager to join our Links Team in Manchester. 

This is a brand new team which we have been building over the past year as a result of our recent merger with a German retailer, Lumaland. We have combined social media and social commerce, integrated through our own tech platform, Links. 

We have seen unprecedented growth within this part of the business and now have a portfolio of brands under our belts across health, beauty, food, homeware and consumer, with much more on the horizon! 

Our current team structure is made up of project managers, account managers, strategy, social and trading managers and we are now looking for a fantastic B2B Manager to join the team. 

Your main priorities within this role will be to oversee and manage our existing accounts/partnerships across each of our verticals, synchronising our offering between our online and offline sales streams and reporting on agreed KPI’s. 

You will be expected to drive both product category growth and revenue/brand growth through strategically prospecting new business opportunities with potential partners. 

Working collaboratively, you will formulate customer-specific needs analysis and be focused on improving average order value and average unit value. Regularly reporting on performance across the B2B channel. 

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone commercially aware who has established relationships with both online and offline retailers across the UK and proven experience in a similar role, helping B2B programs grow.

You will be used to communicating efficiently across multiple departments and have exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
