Job Description

Do you love influencer marketing? If you spend your evenings watching the latest YouTube tutorial, or creating content for the hottest Tik Tok dance trend, then this is the role for you.

As an Influencer Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for the execution and management of influencer campaigns for global clients including Amazon, Holland & Barrett and Pretty Little Thing.

With a keen eye for detail, you will implement successful influencer campaigns, seeing them through from beginning to end, with the ability to analyse results into a narrative for clients that informs them of key successes, recommendations and next steps.

Candidate Requirements

The day to day role will see you implementing successful influencer campaigns as agreed with clients, demonstrating success through achieving and exceeding expected deliverables. You will work with the Influencer Executive to select talent through insights and internal knowledge, while conducting ongoing reviews of performance, and analysis of results and learnings to inform our strategy.

On completion of campaigns, you would be responsible with analysing results into a narrative for clients that informs them of key successes, recommendations and next steps.

Relationship building will be a big part of the role, with regular meets with key talent to understand how best we can execute campaigns moving forward.

Ultimately, we would be looking for you to be seen as a positive addition to the Influencer team through integration with wider teams, partaking in weekly creative sessions and being a support point for your colleagues.

Additional Info

As you will be working across multiple client accounts and verticals, it is essential that you are highly organised with a can-do attitude and can work autonomously or under instruction.

As part of this, you should be able to look at results and make strategic and operational recommendations to optimise the campaign throughout.

The role does require you to be able to communicate well with influencers, clients and colleagues, building genuine relationships with these contacts to get the best out of the relationship.

Finally, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves influencer content! Living and breathing content on social media across multiple platforms to make recommendations and differing styles will make this job so much easier and enjoyable!
